Appointments with our office can be made by phone or by email. Our office will always try to accommodate all emergency calls the same day for new or existing patients. We try to maintain an on-time scheduling operation as much as possible and we respect our patient’s time as well.
As a courtesy to all patients with dental insurance, we will fill out and submit all dental claims relative to any and all dental plans in which we are a participating provider. Relative to major dental work, payment arrangements will be made at the beginning of treatment, with the balance due upon the completion of treatment. Upon request, we may recommend pre-determination of benefits for major dental work prior to treatment so that our patients may know their out of pocket cost prior to treatment. For your convenience, we accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards and offer a third party payment option through Care Credit upon pre-approval.
It is requested that you notify our office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. This will allow that time to be available to other patients needing an appointment.
